Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

Embroidered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Size exchanges are permitted only for non-embroidered items, subject to approval. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

All exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

All return shipping costs are for the client’s account.

Bella Scrubs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return or exchange that does not strictly comply with the above requirements.
